| The Heart of the Entrepreneur | This course presents the entrepreneur as a creative entity that promotes change within nations and the world. It looks at the life and times of successful entrepreneurs, tying together the factors that contributed to their success. | Understanding Financial Statements | The fundamental processes associated with the creation of financial statements along with their importance to economies is presented. | (2) H-2-X, F-X, A-4 | The information in this class will be useful both professionally and personally for years to come. |
| Starting A Successful Business | The process and analysis needed to write a viable business plan is presented in this class. | (2) H-1-X, H-2-C, S-2-D, FX | Many students use this class to write a real plan for their own business. |
| Managing A Successful Business | Keeping a successful business successful is not as easy as it might appear. | Methods of Communication | Communication is a critical aspect of life and must be adapted to situational requirements. Students learn how to evaluate a situation, determine the right communication method and the proper message. | (2) H-3-X, S-3-X, FX | This class covers basic communication theory along with written, oral, persuasive, presentation and electronic communication methods. Special emphasis is placed on making effective presentations, analyzing situations, determining and then achieving a desired communication result. |
